The role of the State Auditor is a management position.
I began my management career working my way up on the line at Ford building pickup trucks and then oversaw 120 soldiers in the Minnesota Army National Guard. I managed 30 employees at my small business, and around 70 staff as the mayor of Tonka Bay. The next State Auditor must be ready to step in day one and manage 90 staff, and I have the management experience to be successful in this role.
A lot of you probably know that the Auditor sits on the Minnesota State Board of Investment where they help manage the various state pension and investment accounts.
It’s not the biggest part of the job, but there is one question about it that I get a lot.
I want to be clear about this, as I have been from the start of the campaign. I believe that Israel is committing genocide right now. Until things change, we should not be investing Minnesotans’ money in Israeli assets.

Welcome to #A4A University, a place to learn more about the Auditor's office. Please watch this video to learn more about my plan to make the Auditor's office stronger going forward. There is some basic block and tackling we can accomplish to take us to the next level. With so much focus on fraud currently, let's strike while the iron is hot!
